‘Soulfix Journey’ is a project aimed at guiding fellow humans to harmony, health and fitness. After spending years learning, studying, researching and experimenting about respiration we understand the significant role it plays in our well being. In addition, a deep understanding and importance of good sleep is also an important aspect of holistic health. Essentially, our goal is to reduce suffering, may it be physiological or mental, without medicines or any invasive methods.
Using certified and qualified knowledge of ‘Correct Respiration’ and ‘Functional Breathing’ we are helping many to reduce health issues such as anxiety, stress, asthma, sleep apnea, panic attacks, depression etc. In addition to this we also work with active adults to increase endurance and sports fitness required for runners, cyclists, gym enthusiasts etc. Also, we regularly conduct specific guided meditation sessions for inner peace and calm. Our exclusive breath sessions for young adults on how to improve focus and concentration are a hit!
To assist each of our students / clients reach full potential for a healthier, calmer and fitter life through breath re-education and sleep knowledge is our objective. Using these methods, one starts seeing improvement in health and fitness levels with in a week to ten days.
