Student of Life, Guided by Breath with Faith in ‘The Eternal and Universal Laws of Nature’.

Growing up life was kind, blessing me with a talent for sports. As a national level athlete during school and college, excelling at swimming first and basketball later, it instilled in me the physical and mental ability to pull a win on the sports field from a state of almost being defeated. After being on a winning streak during my teen years, I found myself losing every hand I was being dealt in my twenties. Did someone say ‘Life is the ultimate leveler’…no doubt!

Before I knew it I was overweight, anxious, insecure and fearful. Having gone through my share of ups and downs in life, I have come to learn the importance of good health, peace and contentment, and would like to share this with all who seek a higher self.

With years of working with the Breath, from practicing Pranayama to Vipassana Meditation, it showed clear and proven health benefits over time. As my fascination with breath grew, so did my understanding of how deeply our breath is connected with emotions, thoughts, sleep, food and posture.

With sustained practice, I have come to discover that one’s own realization through personal experience is the best way forward to reach full potential in mind and body.

I am a certified Oxygen Advantage Breathing Coach and we at Soulfix guide clients and students through various breathing techniques and daily strategies to achieve holistic health and general wellbeing. We offer workshops, group sessions and one on one sessions in person or via video call for all age groups.

Holistic Health is a stepping stone to Peace, Contentment and Happiness!

My Soulfix journey started at a time I was going through a lot of change and challenges in my life.
Seeking a way to cope with this upheaval, I stumbled upon the spiritual path. Meditation as well as yoga with pranayama became part of my daily routine. However, after guidance from Rashu, by then a certified breathing coach, I came to learn the importance of the correct way to breathe.
After more consistent practice of nose breathing and seeing the benefits, I realized one of the most important determining factors of a healthy mind and body was the right technique to breathe and become more breath efficient. This along with a healthy diet, exercise, meditation and a good night’s sleep were helping to fix my soul.
The realizations and benefits I have received on this path are what I would like to share with everyone.

Why Soulfix? Intro…

‘Soulfix Journey’ is a project aimed at guiding fellow humans to harmony, health and fitness. After spending years learning, studying, researching and experimenting about respiration we understand the significant role it plays in our wellbeing. In addition, a deep understanding and importance of good sleep is also an important aspect of holistic health. Essentially, our goal is to reduce suffering, may it be physiological or mental, without medicines or any invasive methods.

 

Using certified and qualified knowledge of ‘Correct Respiration’ and ‘Functional Breathing’  we are helping many to reduce health issues such as anxiety, stress, asthma, sleep apnea, panic attacks, depression etc. In addition to this we also work with active adults to increase endurance and sports fitness required for runners, cyclists, gym enthusiasts etc. Also, we regularly conduct specific guided meditation sessions for inner peace and calm. Our exclusive breath sessions for young adults on how to improve focus and concentration are a hit!   

 

To assist each of our students / clients reach full potential for a healthier, calmer and fitter life through breath re-education and sleep knowledge is our objective. Using these methods, one starts seeing improvement in health and fitness levels within a week to ten days.
